1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping across India. Shipping charges applicable for international orders and are calculated at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD fee is applicable, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Priority Shipping: Available at an additional cost. This option expedites processing and delivery times for urgent orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days within India. For International orders, it may take 10-30 days to deliver.
  • For remote or non-metro locations within India, delivery may take slightly longer due to logistical constraints.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4. Order Processing

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by another email with tracking details after dispatch.

  • After dispatch, an email containing your shipment tracking number and a link to track your package will be sent to your registered email ID.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • If the delivery fails due to such issues, the customer may be liable for re-shipment charges.

Below is everything you need to know if you’re ordering from the Middle East, North America, or Europe.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Free international shipping is available on orders above INR 12,999 or equivalent in USD / EUR / AED.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Customs Duties & Taxes

We ship all international orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means duties and taxes are levied by your local customs office and are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

Here’s a breakdown by region:

Middle East

  • UAE: 5% VAT + 5% customs duty (Emirates ID may be required for clearance)
  • Saudi Arabia: 15% VAT + 5% customs duty

North America

  • USA: Orders under $800 usually arrive duty-free. Above $800, approx. 16.5% duty may apply.
  • Canada: 5–13% GST/HST (based on province) + approx. 17–18% duty on clothing.

Europe

  • UK: 20% VAT; orders below £135 may not attract customs duty.
  • Germany: 19% VAT + approx. 12% duty.
  • Switzerland: 7.7% VAT; duties based on weight and product type.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

As a small-batch, sustainable brand, we currently do not accept returns or size exchanges for international orders.

However, in the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include your Order ID, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Upon approval, we will issue a full refund.

Please note: We do not offer reverse pickups for international shipments due to high logistical costs.
