At 2512 - Pacchis Barah, we strive to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you through a smooth return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange Window:
Items are eligible for return or exchange if requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Order Type Eligibility:
- Prepaid orders are eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible only for exchanges.
3. Condition of Items:
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
4. Reverse Shipping Charges:
- A ₹99 reverse shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
- Customers may opt to self-ship the item to our facility if preferred.
5. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Please note, refunds to original payment modes may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
- We do not deduct reverse shipping or handling fees from your refund amount.
Important Note:
- Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
- All reverse pickups are subject to pin-code serviceability. If unavailable, we will guide you through self-shipping.
How to Process a Return

Ensure item condition:
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging. -
Schedule a pickup:
Once your request is received, a pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 working days. -
Return inspection:
Returned items are subject to quality inspection at our warehouse. -
Refund to payment method:
Upon successful inspection, refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
🛈 Please note:
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- For all returns, the product must first reach our facility for refund processing.
When Are Returns Not Applicable?
- Items bought during clearance sales, markdowns, or discount offers
- Items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way
Wrong or Damaged Items Received?
If you receive the wrong item or the product is damaged upon delivery, follow these steps:
- Email us at info@2512.in within 24 hours of delivery
- Include the following in your email:
- Your Order ID
- A clear photo of the received product
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will coordinate a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement promptly.
⚠️ Please ensure the returned item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
⚠️ If the external packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend you do not accept the delivery.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@2512.in
- Only orders cancelled within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
